Papers Guideline:
Papers and short essays are welcome. Authors should submit final versions in HTML or RTF formats, in English. Include Title, Name, email or other address for contact, Abstract and (if necessary) References. Please take special care to submit a paper that is well-organized, readable and properly proof-read for spelling, word usage, syntax and grammatical errors. If you are unsure about these elements, have a colleague or editor read your paper and make suggestions before you submit it.
